Sodium azide is an inhibitor of horseradish peroxidase. Avoid using diluent solutions containing sodium azide. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For IHC on tissue sections, the reagent should be titrated between 1:500 - 1:2000 to determine optimal conditions. For ELISA or Western blot analysis, the reagent should be titrated between 1:1,000 - 1:5,000 to determine optimal conditions. Do not use this product beyond the expiration date.
